Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
